Former Felda Chairman's Appeal: Court to Rule on Denial of Defence Rights
A Federal Court panel of three judges will deliver its ruling today on the former Felda chairman's application challenging his conviction, which he claims was restored without allowing him adequate opportunity to mount a defence.
