Lim Guan Eng calls on Anwar to address Penang's RM2.8 billion funding gap and reform allocation system

DAP national adviser Lim Guan Eng has pressed Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to settle what he describes as a RM2.8 billion funding deficit owed to Penang and to fundamentally overhaul the federal revenue-sharing mechanism that determines state allocations.
