North Sumatra Police Officer Arrested in Social Aid Embezzlement Scandal
A North Sumatra police officer has been arrested on suspicion of embezzling funds from a social aid programme. The second brigadier, identified as YML, allegedly played a key role in diverting nearly half of a Rp 3.9 billion budget allocated for vulnerable residents.
