Singapore healthcare executives fined for falsified expense claims totalling over S$211,000
Two co-founders of Fullerton Healthcare Corporation in Singapore have been fined S$160,000 for falsifying entertainment expense claims totalling more than S$211,000, though neither personally benefited from the scheme.
