Rey E. Grabato II, whose father serves as mayor of Mina, Iloilo, has landed on the FBI's Most Wanted Fraudsters list over an alleged US$650 million Ponzi scheme. The scheme defrauded approximately 2,000 investors between 2018 and 2022.
