US SEC Settles Fraud Charges Against Adit Ventures Over SpaceX and Klarna Pre-IPO Deals
The US Securities and Exchange Commission has settled fraud charges against Adit Ventures Management and its founder Eric Munson over misleading claims and misuse of client funds in pre-IPO share investments.
