Singapore man jailed 22 years for systematic rape and exploitation of 13-year-old girl
A 27-year-old Singapore man has been sentenced to 22 years in jail and 24 strokes of the cane for systematically raping and exploiting a 13-year-old girl, forcing her into prostitution and subjecting her to violent sexual abuse.
