Cabinet Approves National Tahfiz Council with Zahid as Chair
Malaysia's cabinet has greenlit the creation of the National Tahfiz Council, a coordinating body for Islamic institutions specializing in Quran memorization. Deputy Prime Minister Zahid Hamidi will lead the new council.
