Hong Kong public broadcaster's senior editor sentenced to community service for voyeurism offence
A senior editor at Hong Kong's public broadcaster RTHK has been ordered to perform 160 hours of community service after pleading guilty to secretly filming a woman's lower body in public, in what he described as an impulsive act driven by sexual urge.
