Singapore deepens partnership with Timor-Leste through investment, worker exchange and capacity building
Singapore and Timor-Leste have signed a bilateral cooperation framework to deepen economic ties and expand collaboration in healthcare and education. From 2027, Singapore will open selected sectors to Timorese workers, reflecting growing confidence in the country's future.
