Indonesian court convicts all 19 members of baby-trafficking syndicate linked to Singapore smuggling operation
An Indonesian court has convicted all 19 members of a baby-smuggling ring, including its 70-year-old mastermind Lie Siu Luan, with at least 12 infants sent to Singapore. The syndicate trafficked 34 babies between 2023 and 2025.
