Malaysia to boost neighbourhood watch grants to RM10,000 annually from 2027
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has announced a substantial increase in annual government funding for neighbourhood watch groups, rising from RM6,000 to RM10,000 per unit, with disbursements to commence on January 1, 2027.
