Sky Villa condo owner sentenced to five years for deadly Mandalay earthquake collapse
The proprietor of Sky Villa Condominium has been handed a five-year hard labour sentence following the building's catastrophic collapse during the Mandalay earthquake that claimed more than 200 lives.
