Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil Honoured With Datuk Seri Title in Penang State Awards
Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil has been conferred the Datuk Seri title as the sole recipient of Penang's highest state honour this year, leading a list of 1,221 recipients in an investiture ceremony marking the state governor's birthday.
