Government Seeks to Reinstate High Court Rejection of Bar's DNAA Challenge
The Attorney General's chambers and Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi are mounting a legal challenge to restore a High Court ruling that rejected the Malaysian Bar's attempt to overturn a Discontinuance of No Further Action decision.
