Singapore driver charged over pump attendant's death, allegedly drug-impaired
A 22-year-old Singapore driver has been charged with eight offences, including causing death by dangerous driving and drug-impaired operation, after a 69-year-old petrol pump attendant was struck and fatally injured at an Upper Changi Road petrol station.
