Flash flood kills 10 in China's Gansu as Typhoon Noul batters southern region
A sudden flash flood in Gansu Province killed at least 10 people and injured 23 on Sunday as Typhoon Noul, China's strongest storm this year, swept across the south. Red alerts for flash floods were issued across seven provinces.
