KRT Grant Boost to 8,615 Groups as Government Pushes Grassroots Unity Push
The Malaysian government has raised the annual grant for 8,615 neighbourhood watch areas (KRT) to RM10,000 from RM6,000, effective January 1, 2027, to strengthen grassroots unity and community development programmes nationwide.
