Premature Safety Lever Release Caused Kem Hobart Grenade Blast, Defence Ministry Concludes
Malaysia's Defence Ministry has concluded that a grenade's safety lever released prematurely during a training exercise at Kem Hobart in Kedah on June 16, resulting in the deaths of two armed forces personnel.
