Kelantan Opens 63 Cases on Land Encroachment and Illegal Mining Since Start of Year
Kelantan has initiated 63 investigations into illegal land encroachment and mining since the start of 2025, seizing 65 excavators worth RM15.8 million. The state government plans to review penalties for repeat offenders.
