Paramount Pauses Warner Bros Takeover as US States Challenge Mega-Deal in Court
Paramount has suspended its US$111 billion bid to acquire Warner Bros Discovery after a US judge temporarily blocked the merger pending a ruling on an antitrust lawsuit filed by 12 states.
