Court of Appeal upholds RM169.2mil asset freeze against Ricky Wong in securities fraud case
Malaysia's Court of Appeal has upheld a High Court order freezing RM169.2mil in assets belonging to fugitive businessman Ricky Wong and associates, rejecting their appeal in a significant securities fraud case led by the Securities Commission.
