Singapore fines ex-air force chief S$5,000 for hitting woman with stroller
A former Singapore Air Force chief has been fined S$5,000 and disqualified from driving for five years after his vehicle struck a woman pushing a stroller on Harbour Drive in May 2024, causing the victim serious injuries.
