Russian national arrested at Phuket Airport with 17.6kg of cannabis in luggage
Thai customs officers arrested a Russian national at Phuket International Airport after discovering 17.6 kilogrammes of cannabis concealed in two suitcases. The man was attempting to leave Thailand with the contraband.
