Four Charged After Police Disrupt Plan to Relocate Cybercrime Ring from Cambodia to Vietnam
Police in Phu Tho province have charged four individuals, including a Chinese citizen, for attempting to relocate a sophisticated online scam operation from Cambodia into Vietnam. The plot was dismantled before the fraud centre could become operational.
